Mr. Donelson has worked in investment banking coordinating special projects for over 25 years completing a wide variety of middle market capital formation and advisory transactions in numerous industries involving both privately held and publicly traded companies. Greg was most recently with International Mergers & Acquisitions as the Director of Energy-Resources-Renewables, Special Projects Coordinator, and member of the Advisory Board.
